Recalled Baby Carrier Missing Bolts - http://bit.ly/tPII7k
If you own a LittleLife Discover Child Carrier then you should check it right now to make sure it is not the model that has been voluntarily recalled by the US Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada for a fall hazard. The reason for the hazard seems to be the simple omission of bolts that attach the frame to the main carrier when they were sent for sale.
To be fair, the manufacturer of the LittleLife Discoverer Child Carrier is cooperating completely with the recall and is hoping to get every one of the carriers back.
To check if you have one of the defective carriers, check to see if it has, as well as the “LittleLife” logo on the back, the number LS55060 printed on a tab underneath the care label. The carriers are all green and grey with a folding black metal frame at the back to allow it to stand.
There have been no reported injuries with the carrier so far, but you should stop using the carrier and check to make sure you have two bolts on each side of the carrier where the frame attaches to the main body.

This happens rarely and baby carriers are usually one of the safest ways to move your child from A to B and the most fun. When there are mishaps in manufacturing though, there is not much you can do. If you want a 100% safe baby carrier then look for the best baby carriers on the market.
Don’t let it put you off. Keep on baby wearing!
